One of Ryan's
favorite recipes is
Protein Pancakes.
Here's how he likes
to make his:
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup Fat Free
Cottage Cheese
4-5 egg whites
1 scoop protein
powder (vanilla)
Blend until batter
consistency. Then
pour into a frying
pan like normal
pancakes.
That's the basics.
You can add your
own items for
flavoring
Flavoring Examples:
- Mix in 1/2
cup blueberries
after blending.
(Blueberry
pancakes)
- Or try
adding a 1/2 a
banana before
blending for
banana flavored
pancakes.
**Remember to use
sugar free syrup
also.
